Refund Policy

kiiwee sells digital templates that are delivered to you instantly. We want you genuinely happy with your purchase — if something isn't right, tell us and we'll make it right.

Our guarantee

If a template doesn't work out for you, we'll refund it. Email us within [14] days of your purchase and we'll take care of it — often we can simply fix the problem for you on the spot.

When we'll refund you

  • It's not as described. If a template is materially different from what its product page promised, we'll refund it.
  • A technical problem blocks access. If you can't access or open your Product and we can't resolve it for you, you'll get a refund.
  • Accidental or duplicate purchase. Bought the same Product twice, or clearly the wrong one? Let us know and we'll sort it out.

We review every request in good faith, and we'd always rather keep you happy than win an argument.

How refunds are processed

Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Once a refund is approved, Paddle processes it back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear.

How to request a refund

Email hello@kiiwee.co with the email address you used at checkout, your Paddle receipt or order number, and a short note about the issue. You can also request help directly through the receipt Paddle sent you.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
