Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of kiiwee.co (the “Site”) and your purchase and use of the digital templates we sell (the “Products”). kiiwee (“kiiwee”, “we”, “us”) is operated by [OPERATOR — your name or business entity]. By using the Site or buying a Product, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What we sell

kiiwee sells professionally built spreadsheet templates delivered digitally — typically as a Google Sheets “make a copy” link, and usable in Microsoft Excel and compatible apps. Products are delivered instantly after purchase. Product descriptions and images on the Site are illustrative; small differences between the preview and the delivered file may occur as we improve our templates.

2. Payments and Merchant of Record

Purchases are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. When you buy a Product, Paddle handles the transaction, payment processing, applicable taxes, and your receipt, and Paddle's own Buyer Terms also apply to that transaction. kiiwee never receives or stores your payment card details.

3. Your license

When you purchase a Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use that Product for your own personal and business purposes, including making copies of it for that use. This license is yours to keep.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or share the Product (or a lightly modified version of it) as a template, whether for free or for payment;
  • Publish or upload the Product where others can download or copy it as a template;
  • Represent the Product, or a derivative of it, as your own template product.

Using a template to produce your own work (your budget, your invoices, your business data) is exactly what it's for — that's always allowed.

4. Intellectual property

kiiwee and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Products, the Site, and all related content, design, and branding. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Products to you — only the license described above.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered instantly and digitally. You are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout and, where a Product is delivered via Google Sheets, for having a Google account (or using the Excel download instead). If you don't receive your Product, contact us and we'll make sure you get it.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to infringe anyone's rights.

8. Disclaimers

The Products are tools, provided “as is” and “as available.” They are not financial, legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice, and results depend on the data and decisions you put into them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for your own data and for verifying that a Product suits your needs.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, kiiwee will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product will not exceed the amount you paid for that Product.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — your country / state], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
